Had an appointment at 2:10 to get finger prints. I finally got them done at 2:32. It also appears that they double/triple book appointment times. Why make appointments if they aren’t honored? I am pretty positive if I had been 22 minutes late I would have had to make another appointment. If you are in a hurry and need their services make sure your appointment is scheduled an hour or so before an upcoming appointment time. Horrible customer service. The absolute worst.
