I was kind of dreading my walk in lab appointment figuring it woud take forever. nope- I wish I knew the name of the woman who greeted me, and drew my blood because she was amazing. I was in within 5 minutes, one poke, kind service and out the door. was not expecting to write a 5 star review but that's how impressed I was. Shortish brown hair- give her a raise
