She worked up 3 options for alternative coverage so I could see the differences between packages and emailed them to me.In a meeting in her office she answered a slew of questions with her computer, an hour long meeting.We talked by phone for another half hour until I had dozens more questions answered. Horrible customer service and fraud all the way around. Unauthorized withdrawal into my card from them. After being told since jan. To remove card nd will do manual payments. Very unprofessional going else where
Customer service was out of this world. So friendly!!! And the dog, sailor, is adorable... enough said !!
