As a first time home buyer I'm very disappointed with the the realtor assigned to us from this office. They failed to do their due diligence and request a final closing bill for a home purchase in Detroit. We got hit with an almost $3000 unpaid water bill. If you're considering buying a home in Detroit find a realtor more experienced with the actual nuances of buying a home in the city of Detroit.
