I called to obtain insurance for myself and 3 co workers. I was on hold for a while. then transferred to the wrong department. I called back and spoke to an agent named Barbara. Barbara told me that she would send me the application to fill out. I simply asked (very nicely) do I have to fill out my own application. She stasted laughing at me; like it was a joke. Poor execution of closing documents and protecting sensitive information. They required I follow 'their' procedures to complete in order to receive a refund on my insurance check after closing on selling my house and 30 days later never heard back until I called only to find out they had mishandled the documents, not followed protocol, and sent the information to the wrong email. In short, they were incompetent and unprofessional given they never contacted me to let me know they were going to actually follow through properly... read more
