Watch your back, they are scammers! I needed home insurance and auto insurance so I contacted IOA and Nick Mitrovic wrote me a home insurance policy with their "preferred partner" Frontline Insurance. We sent the money for the policy and they sent someone inside my home to take pictures. 2 weeks later I get 2 separate letters stating that they are cancelling my policy due to non payment. Submitted photos of my pool, a survey, a wind and hail 4 point inspection as requested by my agent. 1 month later they raised it $500 because of the pool because of "cost of materials" Either they don't check what I submitted, lazy or dishonest and increase the cost. I get inflation and cost of materials but not that much. Seems more like a bait and switch Erin and Theresa said they could re-quote but it was unlikely it would change. Wouldn't recommend unless you are ok with paying more than they quote.
