Matthew Williamson, Marisa Lagos and their team have been great to work with. I would highly recommend IOA and this business to partner with.
They answer phone whenever they want, sound extremely unprofessional and don't return emails. Requested something very simple, i can only imagine if it would've been an accident SMH
This past month I have been involved in an ownership change for a commercial property. I had the great fortune of working with IOA's Cadle Roper, who helped me traverse the ownership and policy updates required to be completed for closing. Her professionalism, sense of urgency, and attention to detail were outstanding, and I greatly appreciate the customer service she provided throughout this transaction.
I can't remember getting worse service than what I get from IOA. I've left message after message and no one has returned a call. I'm not sure their phone system even works. I'm only involved with then because they bought my HO policy from another company. I certainly would never pick them.
