I have full coverage on my car, when I took this policy out I was directly told it included car rental...LIE!!!. Well, last year someone with no insurance hit me. The process of getting your car fixed is insane. You must use one of their repair shops, then you must wait a month or two just to have your car looked at by an adjuster. I have been with insurance for a year. The first time everything was okay. This 2nd time In may of 2019 I had to renew it. I was making my payments every month. Well this month oct.10 I had got into a car accident and I hit someone. Thank god everyone was okay. But my car caught on fire. It was an older car so it only had liability insurance.
