Terrible experience. Reached out to Vance in December to try and get insurance for my airbnb. He would frequently ignore emails and phone calls and was very disorganized, leading to my insurance lapsing. Attempted to work with him over the past few months - he frequently dropped the ball on getting insurance quotes and providing me with the things I would need to get new insurance.
