I was very pleased with the service and with the agent, Polina Tindall. She was quick, efficient, and straight to the point, providing homeowners and auto insurance options with reasonable prices and solid coverage. I even ended up saving money compared to my previous AAA policy, which is already known for offering relatively lower rates.
Dealing with Polina for my insurance coverage was a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable and prompt and extremely responsive.
Heather was beyond amazing! Her customer service was beyond exceptional. Nowadays most people just don’t care how they treat a customer. Heather is not in that category. She is exceptional and should be rewarded and also should train all employees on how’s it done properly. Thank you Heather, you’re awesome.
