Great overall service, communication and quality of work. I highly recommend
Excellent Service Excellent repairs, very friendly family atmosphere your vehicle is well looked after.
Tony and his staff were great in managing our repair and follow up service. They communicated clearly and helped us get our vehicle back
I was stressed about needing some bodywork, but everyone here made the process super straight forward and transparent. From start to finish, Mo was excellent, the communication put my mind at ease, and she went above and beyond to keep me updated! To the body/paint techs, The repair was fantastic, and I am super happy with the outcome, thank you so much for all your hard work.
Very pleased with our experience at Insurance Direct Collision Centres. The staff were professional, communicative, and efficient throughout our repair process. Will, one of the estimators, was especially helpful in navigating the process with our insurer and answering questions. Highly recommend!
