No one wishes to have to get their car repaired unexpectedly, but my god did I have the best time dealing with Insurance Direct. I made a joke when I picked up my car that I had such a wonderful experience, they made me want to come back to get another repair done (this is a true story, ask Mo and Will, they were both there!). I took my car to the team at Insurance Direct, for a front bumper repair after a run in with an animal. Within a week I had my car back looking better than ever. If I hadn’t been there to witness the damage firsthand, I’d never believe there was any. The repair was flawless, and the vehicle was cleaned inside and out when I got it back. This was the first time I needed to have body repair work done to my vehicle in the 14 years I’ve owned it, and I can’t recommend this business enough.
I am very impressed with Insurance Direct Collision and their warranty. Eight years ago I had my car fixed there after an accident. There was some wear in the area that was fixed. I went there for a quote and they reminded me of my warranty, guaranteeing their work for as long as I own the car. They fixed it within a week and provided me with a rental car as they did not feel I should be out any money from a repair previously done at their shop,. OMG! I just picked up my jeep. It’s like it was never hit from behind! And they cleaned it! Inside & Out! Amazing service! From start to finish! Awesome staff as well!! We had zero complaints about the experience!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
