Terrible company- signed on with them in January, its now mid april and still no results. Ive called and emailed. It generally takes a couple emails and about 2 weeks for any kind of response and all I get is that its "in process" Finally called 4 months later and told them to cancel any contract only to be tols the actually havent done a thing and its noted as an inquiry that they havent even worked on. When you are willing to pay $500 per fee schedule negotiated, you should expect and receive better service.
