First Contact came out to repair water damage we discovered after opening up a wall. There ended up being more than we anticipated, but they stuck with the original quote they gave us which was very reasonable. They were also super flexible with our timeline considering we were coordinating different companies for a renovation. The owner was very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about First Contact! Everyone I worked with was professional, approachable, knowledgeable and cared about doing great work. Don was thorough but trustworthy. - not adding on any services I didn’t need. Juston and Jaidin did fantastic work, were easygoing and courteous and even finished the job early. I felt like I was in very good hands with the whole team.

Excellent work. We love our new bathroom. Don worked hard to make sure they could have the bathroom complete before our new baby was born. Rocky the tile guy was incredible. Amazing craftsmanship, a joy have in the house and went over and above to work weekends to hit the timeline.

Had water damage on my ceiling and called them to come help. Don was amazing and super responsive! He not only helped me get a plumber the next day to check but also arranged everything with the painter who came the next week. Every part of work was smooth, and the price, work flow, communication, quality of contractors are top notch. I highly recommend FCR!
