Top rate service, serious results! Jeff and Simon at ICS recently handled a TPD claim for me. Yes you might be able to bumble through it yourself, but the team handled it personally, professionally, promptly and stress-free whilst their very reasonable pre-agreed fee was good value. The claim result was all that was expected and even came with a bonus. ICS claimed a backdated refund of premiums that was paid on top of the settlement. An entitlement we were unaware of. Thanks guys.

I was lying in a hospital bed when I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Insurance claims solutions, I thought why not got nothing to loose, I was contacted by Simon and Jeff got the claim process going, through my TPD insurance. They did not stop and kept me up to date during the process. Claim was approved. So if you have any doubts about using (Insurance claims solutions) don’t Jeff and Simon are brilliant in what they do, could not of done it without them.
