Top rate service, serious results! Jeff and Simon at ICS recently handled a TPD claim for me. Yes you might be able to bumble through it yourself, but the team handled it personally, professionally, promptly and stress-free whilst their very reasonable pre-agreed fee was good value. The claim result was all that was expected and even came with a bonus. ICS claimed a backdated refund of premiums that was paid on top of the settlement. An entitlement we were unaware of.
