They are all good to get you on board then it seems like you’re a burden to them. Then they want to keep resending paperwork to sign after you have signed everything and was confirmed it was received. Then told that’s how it is before they ever stated anything about how or anything about representing you just more paperwork and no real explanation just how it is.
