Worst service I have had in a long time from an auction. Rude from the front office to the management, and not willing to use a lick off common sense to resolve situations they themselves have caused. Incredible incompetence from an auction house.
I moved from Grand Junction to Denver, my sister-in-law and I went through a website to dispose of my vehicle. When I received my check it came with incorrect names. It has my sister-in-laws first name with my middle and last name and it also has my late spouse's last name spelled incorrectly. I reached out to the number on the check and was informed it was handled by their Western Colorado location.
