This is the worst service I have ever received from an auditing firm. I own a business, and because of them, we started having problems with our insurance provider; consequently, I had to cancel their services. It was absolutely abysmal—they are completely useless, serving no purpose other than to make life unbearable. We will never work with them again. I do not recommend them at all—consider this a strong warning. Thank you.

If you want a company that can’t do the job this is the one. Simple insurance audit? Right? Way wrong with this company! A complete joke. Start off- The tech department sends out 5 different logins. Not 1 or 2, but 5 and they don’t even work. No biggie, right? Nope, call the number and get the rudest person there. She’s not at fault, she doesn’t deal with it and won’t help me. I have calling the Insurance Audit Services Inc. 4 times trying to speak to the person in charge but he never answer the calls. The company should have people who cares of all clients that need quality services.

Kim Wright Premium Auditor I find it quite unprofessional that they are unable to follow the email thread properly and are requesting a message that was already sent and acknowledged yesterday.

Impossible to get a call back or an email from these people. Had a simple insurance audit to complete and Kea B. would not return my calls or email. Spoke with her supervisor Nicki and still got no response, it's been over two months. Had to go up the ladder to finally spoke with Scott. You'd expect people who do audits to be more ethical than this type of poor communication.
