I have calling the Insurance Audit Services Inc. 4 times trying to speak to the person in charge but he never answer the calls. The company should have people who cares of all clients that need quality services.
Kim Wright Premium Auditor I find it quite unprofessional that they are unable to follow the email thread properly and are requesting a message that was already sent and acknowledged yesterday.
Impossible to get a call back or an email from these people. Had a simple insurance audit to complete and Kea B. would not return my calls or email. Spoke with her supervisor Nicki and still got no response, it's been over two months. Had to go up the ladder to finally spoke with Scott. You'd expect people who do audits to be more ethical than this type of poor communication.
