Rating based on their recycling. According to the bin outside their building (apparently accessible outside business hours), they take #6 and rigid foam packing materials. Unfortunately no packing peanuts accepted, but a great community resource.
Great quality product, outstanding customer service. However, it shouldnt be that difficult to find HOURS OF OPERATION!! Neither the web nor their answering machine can shed any light on this.
