From the sales **** ****** the office staff to ***** and ***** who blew the fiberglass insulation in to bring the attic to R49 the whole experience was positive. Great communication from a professional efficiently run company. Never called anybody else as it was a fair price with a reputable contractor (also recommended by my roofer). Very pleased with the installers. They answered my questions, were on time and friendly. Highly recommend based on my experience.

They did an excellent job installing additional insulation in our home. They were very professional, clean and friendly. The cold spots are warmer and it was money well spent.
Insulation Pros was contracted to insulate my new construction. They were to insulate the entire house and insulate with 20 inches of cellulose spray- in insulation in the attic. They only sprayed approximately 7 inches. It took many phone calls to get them to come back out and complete the job as agreed. After the carpenters completed the trim work on the windows and doors, I discovered none of the windows or doors had been insulated. They did not come back out to resolve this problem. Were hired to insulate my house- used 1/2 of the material that was on contract. The attic had to be redone at my request. Did not insulate windows or doors at all. Carpenters put the trim on doors and windows without insulation. I had to remove all the trim and insulate doors and windows. Also, the owner would not return my calls. Secretary said she asked him to twice. Was absolutely a terrible job and should be reported. After noticing this bad review, I reached out directly to this customer to explain things from our side a little better. I certainly won't deny the fact that we completely failed to seal around his doors and windows at the time of install - this was completely a lack of communication within our organization and was only our fault, and definitely was a big mistake. When we purchased our first home in April 2016, there was approximately 5" of insulation in our attic. We hadn't realized how little there was until we needed a small fortune to pay our winter electric bills! We had another 9" added June 2017 & we noticed a difference within the first week! Not only has our AC been running less often but our electric bills have been cut by more than half. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable & the price was great! Thank you Insulations Pros!
