He does good work, but make sure you have a contract. For example, I left before he finished the job but my wife was there and he tried to get more money out of her until she showed him the contract. I had them back to do more work that we talked about the first time and he didnt do it because he said it wasnt in the contract. I told him I want it done, and he said it will be 350 more. Jose, please arrange to come back and check out the solar fans to ensure they are operating properly. Also, we would like to know the precise details (e.g., company brand name) on the insulation and solar fans.
We did a major attic overhaul and windows this year and had Jose and crew come in to do the final blow in. We were looking to improve the overall energy efficiency, so we did duct work sealing, additional attic ventilation, air sealing on walls and penetrations, radiant barrier, and blow in to R38. Jose and his assistant were very professional. Jose was very personal and spoke from the heart. He wanted to make sure he did the best job possible and even added a little extra insulation to allow for settling over the years. He's a keeper!

Jose and his assistants did an excellent job adding insulation to the attic. They quoted a fair price, showed up on time and cleaned up when finished. An accident to an interior ceiling occurred and they willingly fixed it like new.
