Update: it's 6 months and I'm still missing the permit because HVAC Gurus not cooperating with the permits agency calraters. Not professional. The installation was good, but they are not very supportive with the permits. It's a pain that I'm having to follow up months after trying to get them to co-operate with the permits agency and the city inspector.
I put in a work order with our landlord on Friday and HVAC Gurus were here Tuesday afternoon. The service representative was amazing. He communicated well, fixed the problem, explained what was wrong and asked us to call him in the morning if there were issues. I highly recommend them for fantastic customer service!
Ultimately they did the work but were very difficult to deal with
