Finally had to write it. Had a AC installed around two years ago. Paid 1000 extra for permit. Never received it. I have called their office multiple times, and they just keep forwarding to other numbers.. Called them recently to complain that the ecobee thermostat that the had set up, doesn't seem to be working. I called them, same thing again, forwarding to different numbers that don't seem to work. JOSE did a great job getting my heat back up and running..the gas valve was very important that this was adjusted correctly..I will have him back in the summer to look at my AC unit

We hired this company to replace an HVAC unit back in November 2025 that is still under warranty. It has now been over a month since we started trying to get in touch regarding a warranty issue, and we have received no response at all despite multiple calls, emails, and voicemail messages. At this point, the lack of communication is unacceptable. We should not have to chase a company this hard for warranty support. We expect a response and resolution immediately.

Do not hire this company! They are not completing jobs because the owner is going through divorce and has financial problems. I hired them for an HVAC job at my house. They completed the install, but they failed to complete the HERS Testing and City Permit which was included on my written and fully paid contract. Their sales agent (no longer working there) advised me to complete those items on my own so that I could still get certain rebates. Stay Away! These people are not installing equipment properly, nor do they honor the invoice you paid for. 1. Sold me on a variable speed heat pump - installed it as a single stage. It should have been installed as a two stage at the very least. 2. Did not install a communication line between air handler and heatpump which was a line item on the invoice.
