Needed insulation topped off in the attic. Tech Bailey & his partner arrived on time. Polite, professional and they took pride in their work. Explained everything, covered everything with plastic & placed cardboard over the window sash to protect it from the hose. Great guys & an asset to your company.
I was driving on Gap Creek Rd in Greer. Box truck owned by this company came very close to ending my life. 35mph zone, he had to be doing 60mph. Could barely see over the steering wheel. Not to mention the passenger was smaller. I called reported this truck driver. I want to be alive to watch my family grow. Slow your damn drivers down.
Well, first, when they cleaned out the old insulation in the attic, one of the guys stepped on the ceiling and cracked it. Nobody’s coming to look at it. This is been over a month ago. Then they don’t call you and tell you when they’re gonna come and do anything they just show up anytime of the day they choose. And then didn’t complete the work and just showed up the next day just whenever to do the attic and told us that this crew didn’t do under houses so we’d have to wait until that crew could come out and do the under th... read more
