We had them rip and replace old insulation and add pest barriers to our crawlspace. Pricing was great. The team was responsive. When we flagged that a portion of the work still needed to be completed they came back quickly and corrected things. Would use again.
Be very careful with them. They don't accept any returns. Even if you've just purchased the material, unused and in the original packaging.
I used insolation 4 less, at my house located in Kirkland. The price was decent and they were on time all the time. I had a pretty good experience, I will probably gonna use them again for the future projects.
They refused to answer questions by phone. They don't want new customers, especially ones who ask questions. This company I think is a fraud. I urge you to find a differant company who has a customer service team, that you can actually talk to and get your questions answered. Buyer beware--- ask questions!
