I was building a Passivhaus (completely airtight structure), so a fully insulated and sealed garage door would be in keeping, even though the garage is not included in the "conditioned space". John's door was the best that I found ! Beautiful solid construction, very nice powdercoating - including the tracks - a detail that sold me AND I had a choice of track/runners colour, so I chose black.
