Eric Sangster has an agreed to a payment plan that's in writing for a pet deposit. Gables on Honore and Beneva place apartments (6/15 called) keep calling me and asking for a pet deposit. No lie, y'all need to get a new property manager at Calibre Bend Apartments. If you read the reviews you can see I'm not the only one voicing the same complaints that since management changed from David (who was awesome) to Brittany/Bridgette or whatever her name is, it has gone downhill. No one answers the phone anymore and the office is always closing with little to no notice. I went to voice some concerns today with the manager and she literally told me "I don't have to sit here and listen to this". Is that not the job of... read more
Personally I like the excellent service they provide. Very kind manager Leah is a lovely person
Great company and great properties. Any issues they come with are resolved. I have also work together with them to upgrade their properties and there response was great. 100% recommended.
From a contractors POV they are easy and pleasant to work with. They pay their bills on time and are always happy to see you. Leah and Timmy are some of my favorite people to work with
