I ordered and paid for new covers for my swim spa 3 months ago. Was told they take a month to make. I have followed Vicki up and can’t even get a response to my emails. Be very careful here. I suggest you do not pay in advance!

I love our spa now it is in, but most of the initial quotes come in up to 60% higher than advised and it took more than twice as long as advised. It was extremely frustrating having to follow up and chase everything so while we were waiting we did a lot of the work ourselves, I would not recommend this company to others.
Purchased 5 saunas through Instyle Pools and Landscapes and it has been nothing short of an abhorrent experience. The supplied saunas are of some of the worst quality that I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Incorrectly built, sub-par materials and customer service that could not even be described with those words. False promises, ignored calls/emails and no action taken to resolve our issue whatsoever despite reaching out frequently for weeks upon weeks. Avoid this company like the plague.
