I love our spa now it is in, but most of the initial quotes come in up to 60% higher than advised and it took more than twice as long as advised. It was extremely frustrating having to follow up and chase everything so while we were waiting we did a lot of the work ourselves, I would not recommend this company to others.
Purchased 5 saunas through Instyle Pools and Landscapes and it has been nothing short of an abhorrent experience. The supplied saunas are of some of the worst quality that I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. Incorrectly built, sub-par materials and customer service that could not even be described with those words. False promises, ignored calls/emails and no action taken to resolve our issue whatsoever despite reaching out frequently for weeks upon weeks. Avoid this company like the plague.
Isaac, Laura, Josh, even the forklift driver at the pickup warehouse met my expectations... All calls promptly returned, all questions answered and my Cyclone Zephyr is " Purring".... "Growling" when I hit turbo... I am very satisfied with this business.
Previously named Instyle pools and spas, now Instyle spas and landscapes. Buyer beware!!! they take your deposit and then disappear or spin you a yarn, saying they are waiting for approval...they are full of it and nothing but con artists. There are other companies that you should use if you value your money. Have a look at the reviews online. We are not the only ones that have been burnt. I cant believe how they just change their name slightly to burn more clients. Please stay away!!! Youve been warned.
