Absolutely impressed!! I would highly recommend anyone to get solar through them. Even though cyclone Debbie put a hold on my solar panels being installed for a week I was constantly being updated on what was going on with my installation. The two men that installed my solar were very professional and very informative/helpful with answers to my questions. We have just had our new home equipped with a solar system thanks to Instyle Solar. From our sales rep taking the time to explain and answer all of our questions to the point he was late for an appointment, through to the excellent communication in booking the install, to the professionalism of the installers, the overall experience was first class. Our installers were punctual and polite, didn't leave any mess, and left a really neat and tidy finished product.
We had Instyle Solar installed and they were very efficient. Only took a few hours to put up 6kw system. They cleaned up after them selves. Malcolm was very good at explaining about solar. If you want solar you couldn't go wrong with Instyle Solar

He was available after the original consult to answer questions. The team behind the scenes has been helpful with calls to check in and answering any questions. Honestly we have had a local company a few years ago for a quote. We weren't real happy. We looked at INSTYLE SOLAR and with in a few days Andy turned up and gave us the run down and next thing we knew we were signed up for a 6.24kw system with 24panels. That was ONLY about One month ago. Yesterday 23/3/2017 the guys were here at 7am and finished by 11:00am. Couldn't believe that it was happening. What an awesome company to deal with! They go above and beyond. Installed and up and running so quickly to reduce our $1500+ electricity bill a quarter! � I know!! Then when an issue occurred through no fault of instyle but from Energex, Scott from Instyle was at my house rectifying before we'd even had a chance to call them! He knew about the problem and was at our door step instantly. I've recommended Instyle to all my friends and will continue to do so!
Consultant Justin was so kind to answer our questions, we decided to put solar panels. He didn't suggest about the upgrade of electric line. Because of the storm, we had to change the date to put, but the guys didn't ring the another day to put and turned 3hours earlier...But all is good. So that's whey I put 4stars. We are just waiting for the energy person coming!
Barry Freegard & I commend Ross and the sales team on their professionalism and the fact that the application was expedited in such a quick time. To Instyle Solar, your guys were so courteous and helpful. The installation was painless and done in three hours. There was no mess and all was working well. Thanks for the briefing. Congrats to all, now we await switch on and the first power bill.
