I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I followed up regarding a balance that did not make sense because I had already paid in full. I politely requested a breakdown and clarification, but never received a response. Instead of addressing the concern, my information was forwarded to debt collectors. This has resulted in unnecessary stress and repeated contact over a disputed amount that should have been resolved directly by the office.
