Got my wedding nails done here but had to get them fixed elsewhere. There’s a fibre stuck in my left hand ring finger that the other nail tech couldn’t get out because it’s under the polish and gel. The nails were uneven and needed to be buffed down. There was black spots in part of the white polish that had to be buffed out. Only saw the imperfections once I was home and didn’t trust them to fix it so I didn’t go back. The polish was streaky and uneven.
Excellent Service !!! I been going here for a few years. Recently my Nail Technician Vivian has taken Maternity Leave. I was worried about having someone new as I am extremely picky a little OCD. Perfectction is a problem with me. I notice the smallest flaws in my nails. The Owner Michelle is aware of how OCD I am. Michelle ensured the Nail Technician she paired me with had alot of patience with me and most of all heard me as I would tell her what I need done. My nails came out beautifully. I got my nails done at Instyle nails a few days ago and they’re so gorgeous!! The salon itself is very clean and modern. She did a great job on my nails and everyone was lovely!
Was very dissapointed. Drove 1hr to get a nice spa pedicure with my husband for our anniversary as we used to go to this place pre covid. I have never had a faster pedicure! A fast exfoliation and no massage. Not only that, I felt bad as my lady was annoyed that I picked the "cat eye" color. I asked her oh I'm sorry am I giving you more work?
