I hate writing this review because the place has been great up until i came for acrylic removal and this is my second time for a removal. 1st time was great and perfect. 2nd time for a removal, she quite literally peeled/ripped the acrylic off. I was in so much pain. I even told her it was painful and she kept going. Why did i pay for that service when i could've bit it off my own. TERRIBLE. she filed them after and still left with glue on nails.
The Owners and staff are always kind and helpful when l have my appointments! Thank you Susan and Lannie!😊
