Set up an appointment for lashes and texted Larra about allowing customers to wear masks/not wear masks and not requiring customers to be vaccinated. I simply asked is she was vaccinated and she refused to tell me and responded with the following “I will cancel your appointment, sounds like we won’t be a good fit. I scheduled my appointment which was a month out. I saw good reviews online so my expectations were high. Larra did my eyelashes and I was very dissatisfied w/ results. She told me from the beginning that she would start off w/ less instead of more because it is easier to add lashes then take the off. I went home and immediately text her and let her know that I was unhappy and that they needed to be fuller, expecting her to fulfill her own promise. Kelly is one of the best around! She listens and she knows exactly how you want your lashes! She just did a volume fill and it looks amazing. 100% need to hit my girl up for those lashes as she is on point.
