My teenager has been asking for a curl perm for about 3 months now. Finally, I relented, and he us so incredibly happy with the perm and haircut Feng did. He said it's exactly what he wanted. Of course, because Feng and Mika first consulted with him about the curls, length, sides, and back, getting a full picture of his vision. Thank you!
