Bad employers, don’t want women there
This is a good place to work
This is one of the best jobs I've had hands down. They are seriously committed to making your employment a success. I received holiday pay right away after being hired, lead people who train are knowledgeable, patient and teach according to your style of learning.
Great place to work. In my opinion they do absolutely care about their employees. If work as expected they will definitely have your back and will treat you well.
Management seems aloof, makes alot of open ended promises. The facility is ran by high school buddies and long time freinds, if you are a machinist, good luck in them letting you actually be a machinist. The leadmen are bullies they like to lie and gatekeep. Place is ran by Nepotism and sour attitudes, they will allow employees to badger and belittle you with no recourse ... No lockers and not even a water fountain , horrible communication and lots of being thrown under the bus. would not recommend
