Sent in the instrument for repair on one part and it came back with damage to another part resulting in more repair needed.
Top notch service! Had an issue with the school having mixed information and stated our Sax belonged to them, we called the instrument care center where we purchased it 2.5 years prior and they remembered us and the Sax and send our purchase agreement to the music teacher who then gave it to our student and resolved the issue.
My granddaughter's clarinet needed cleaned and repairs. All work was completed quickly, accurately at a very reasonable cost. Customer service people were very friendly. Will definitely be returning.
I am a local, and now teach piano in town. I bought myself a used violin from ICC recently, and was in a few times, always receiving helpful & attentive service from Brett. A hand-written thank you card from the owner was an amazing unexpected touch!
