Spoke with Martin K on the phone to help trouble shoot some issues that we were having with our magnetic flow meter. He efficiently got us to the root cause of the problem as quickly as possible, he also helped us to save a ton of money by ensuring that we fixed only what was necessary. He is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Tech Support is very bad. Have contacted many times on a product purchased through them that might be defective. Long time between emails or phone calls
This was the best customer service I have experienced in 25 years in the mfg industry! Their engineers are extremely knowledgeable and patient. My temp controller arrived ahead of schedule; they walked me through the retrofit process; they answered every question I had. Fantastic experience with them! Also, their hold music was reminiscent of Jonny Cash making fun of being on hold. Great company all around, cannot recommend enough!
