Tech Support is very bad. Have contacted many times on a product purchased through them that might be defective. Long time between emails or phone calls
This was the best customer service I have experienced in 25 years in the mfg industry! Their engineers are extremely knowledgeable and patient. My temp controller arrived ahead of schedule; they walked me through the retrofit process; they answered every question I had. Fantastic experience with them! Also, their hold music was reminiscent of Jonny Cash making fun of being on hold. Great company all around, cannot recommend enough!
Wide selection of products and great customer service.
I talked with one of their engineers for quite a bit....he wanted to make sure I was getting an exact part for my situation.....I needed a new temp controller for one of my large powder coat ovens......not only was he patient and knowledgeable..........his recommendation was exactly what I needed..... I will definitely recommend them 👍👍🤘🤘
