I am writing this on behalf of my mother who called me in tears over the mistreatment of my 87 year old grandmother. “My mother is in extensive foot pain and cannot even walk. Dr. Brown was completely dismissive and rude. She didn’t even address her complaints and did not even so much as order an x-ray. Our primary even asked why she did not receive an x-ray which TELLS me that that should have been at least the bare minimum. We are positive that this is because she is an elderly woman. This doctor knows her stuff! She removed my ganglion cyst and my foot feels great. She also gave my husband orthotics. He works on hard floors all day long. His feet feel so much better!
