I love this complex the management is amazing and super sweet. It is so clean and safe as well.
No issues with place but a year after moving out they filed a collections on my bureau when I owed nothing! So ridiculous how any company can screw this up and tell me it will take up to a month to correct. Mean while my score is down 87pts and I am trying to refi my house now! Very unhappy with how matter-of-fact they handled this. I continue to wait to get this resolved and off my bureau. Ridiculous!
I was in need of a place and Instrata was one of the top places on my preferred employer’s relocation list. Gina was so helpful in getting me in for a tour and showing me what was offered. This property is near full capacity and I could see why. The amenities are amazing and the location cannot be beat. It’s off the Legacy West strip with access to many places to eat and hang out.
