This is the third time that this company has abandoned my call. Totally unacceptable, and totally unprofessional, I will probably have to look for a new place in the future.
Great customer service and knowledge starts from the receptionist to the nurses and office staff. Felt welcomed right off the bat. Doctor, nurses and medical staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and listen very well to patient needs. Felt safe, comfortable, and that I had value!
