Avoid, avoid, avoid Institute of Holistic Living in Powder Springs. I purchased a 90 minute couples massage through Groupon, big mistake. Service is horrible from the get go even trying to reach the business to schedule a massage difficult at first the business was not going honor Groupon then after waiting a couple days I don’t know for what I was able to schedule appt. GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE! I do not usually write reviews, even if I have a bad experience somewhere, but I felt really compelled to share my experience with this business. Please stay away from this place for massages, I had the worst experience with this location. the new windy hill location looks very suspect and weird. The owner responded to the message with false information. I will not go back and forth with the owner. However I called the number on the groupon and they told me to go to the windy hill location. I could go further and post all the messages from the conversation but I will not do that.
The staff was absolutely amazing and very unique with the services! I came in with my nose clogged and stuffy , a headache, and a right shoulder pain - so she did a peppermint steamer and OH MY GOD .... This should be a household trend and norm! It was so relaxing and I felt balanced , calm, refreshed, and emotionally centered. The peppermint and here doing massage to my neck instantly got rid of the my pain!
