I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the billing services we received at Institute of Facial surgery. We had a consult in the summer of 2017 for my step son, he had a crown earlier that year so majority of his dental coverage (1500 year max) had been used. So we decided to wait until 2018 to do the surgery. I called our insurance several times in 2017 and found out that both medical and dental would cover wisdom teeth removal. For fully impacted bony tooth removal it should be filed under medical first then... read more
