I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the billing services we received at Institute of Facial surgery. We had a consult in the summer of 2017 for my step son, he had a crown earlier that year so majority of his dental coverage (1500 year max) had been used. So we decided to wait until 2018 to do the surgery. I called our insurance several times in 2017 and found out that both medical and dental would cover wisdom teeth removal.
