They aren't practicing social distancing. After you go into the second waiting area they cram everyone in there 😡 this will be my last appointment here
Just had my Wellness appointment cancelled because I work in healthcare. I dont have any sick or flu symptoms, but I do have a GYN problem I've been needing to discuss for over 2 months. Find another place if you're needing actual access to care in a timely manner. And one with rational office policies. Also, how are they cleaning their office and keeping people safe if someone without symptoms should not even come in?
the front desk staff constantly lies to you, only for you to find out when you come in for an appointment, they don't schedule your appointment even though you confirmed over the phone, then they make you wait over an hour even thought THEY are at fault. they are very rude. not worth it at all. the doctors are great but the front desk (most of them) are not and they don't even care.
Dr. Casiano is an incredible obstetrician! He has the most tender bedside mannerism and the nurses that work with him are very gentle and caring.
I was referred to this office by my provider. I had a very minor procedure done by Dr. Troy. He and the staff were wonderful! The facility was very nice as well. My appointment was during the covid-19 outbreak and prior to me entering the office my temperature was taken and a questionnaire was taken. I felt like every pre-caution was taken to ensure my safety ❤️
