Took my 9 year old last week, and everyone was so nice! The young guy who done her eye exam was so sweet, and patient with her! Highly recommend! Planning to definitely make an appointment for myself!
Running about 10 minutes late for my first visit ITEC, I called this office to a. reschedule the appointment, or b. come on in. After the receptionist was rude, and put the phone down without telling me, I was told to come on in. Upon my arrival, I encountered the most unacceptable unprofessional staff members I’ve ever seen at a doctors office. On hold for over 30 minutes trying to make an appointment. No one would answer phone. Very poor service.
The staff at the Institute for Total Eye Care are all so lovely. Everybody is so sweet. They make me so comfortable during my visits.
