Running about 10 minutes late for my first visit ITEC, I called this office to a. reschedule the appointment, or b. come on in. After the receptionist was rude, and put the phone down without telling me, I was told to come on in. Upon my arrival, I encountered the most unacceptable unprofessional staff members I’ve ever seen at a doctors office. On hold for over 30 minutes trying to make an appointment. No one would answer phone. Very poor service.
The staff at the Institute for Total Eye Care are all so lovely. Everybody is so sweet. They make me so comfortable during my visits.
The team at the Institute for Total Eye Care is wonderful. They are so wonderful, in fact, that I genuinely cannot think of anything that they do wrong or could be better for me. Their patients always get top notch services.
