As I write this, I'm home recovering from my spinal surgery at the Institute for Robotic Surgery (my spine l4 & l5.) My experience was excellent. From inception to completion I received quality care, compassion & personal respect. From the check-in staff & nurses in pre- op including, Deemarie, Rose, Daisy, to meeting surgical staff Mark, and my Anesthesiologist Dr Kramer (he was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable & caring and took the time to chat, make me laugh a bit & answer my personal concerns with anesthesia.) I had bariatric surgery here and am beyond happy with my results. Dr. Rosen is so knowledgeable and personable. Surgery is a big deal, but I felt at ease the whole time. If you had ever wondered if bariatric surgery was for you, I would come here.
I was a bit worried before my robotic spine surgery since I didn’t know anyone who had ever had it done. But I was reassured by my surgeon that robotic spine surgery would help me with recovery and was truly the way to go. My laminectomy went great; I never thought I’d be fully out of pain, and I have this place to thank.
My dad was getting spine surgery here and it was a great success. He’d had back pain for as long as I can remember, and it’s so wonderful to see him active again. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They did everything for us to feel at ease and I am so grateful!
