I want to start by saying my therapist here was great. My problem with this office lies with Milena the office assistant. She is an aggressive, nasty person who has no idea what she is doing. If you see the other one star review, you can see she doesn't even know how to spell basic English words. My therapist here was amazing. No negatives about them. However, the primary secretary/office manager left in May and this place has been a mess. I havent received an invoice in months and then randomly was told I owe several hundred dollars. I tried to call for an explanation but the new office person can't speak proper English and talks very softly so it's very hard to understand them.
