I've been to ION twice and have been very impressed with the care I received both times. The doctors have taken their time with me, explaining everything they did, gave me options for my care, and I was never rushed in one bit. The nurses, x-ray techs, and support staff have all been compassionate and caring. I generally get to my healthcare appointments early and I've been taken back early each time. I will definitely go back for all of my orthopedic care!

I have been a frequent flier in this building since 2016 and have seen numerous providers with Dr. Carmouche being my primary provider in this building. He has done both of my spinal fusions where demonstrated his expertise in a way that didn’t prevent me from living my life. Sure, I had to work harder after both surgeries as I was in college and then in grad school, but he was willing to have faith in me to keep going. His PA, Dr. Jason Peery is incredible. An hour and a half!!! That’s how long I waited ..so far. Still waiting!! The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They forgot about me. I had to ask. It’s never been this bad. But I’m ticked this appt🤬
