Made an appointment for my husband and they were booked a few weeks out. No big deal. I told them I wanted then prosper location and even confined we were referred to them by another doctor in prosper. Then come the day before the appointment and we get a text saying it’s at the Arlington location. Which we can not make it to as we live over an hour away and have to go back to work after said location. Now we will have to wait another few weeks to get into the prosper location. I tried scheduling an appointment and reception put me on hold for 5 minutes. I called back the next day and finally got through. They scheduled blood work for Quest Diagnostics. I waited for an hour at Quest... and Quest had never received the order. Colossal waist of time.
The Prosper office, they are quick and friendly. They do what needs to be done and you’re out!! Just what you want in a Drs appointment. Kylie has found just what was right for me and it didn’t take long!!!
Dr Kylie is easy going and works with her patients to get them to their goals. She is very knowledgeable. Appointments are always on time and efficient.
