Front desk behavior is unprofessional. Doctor s never keep their time schedules.
The office administrative staff are completely unprofessional and the office has no access to online result applications. 1st office visit the doctor didn’t show up for 2.5 hours after the scheduled appointment. Immediately following I scheduled the next appointment for a month later, assured it was the first of the day. Fifty minutes after the scheduled appointment I asked the desk if the doctor was actually in the building, they curtly responded yes, but we are short staffed and behind in taking patients information. Very clean professional office. Staff are super friendly and the doctors take the time to listen to what you have to say. This is the way healthcare should be!
Dr. Anu is one of the worst and rude human being I have ever met. She might be nice to her patients but with her staff very rude, 0 education. Very arrogant and thinks her medical degree gives her the right to talk to her staff any way she wants to. Horrible place to go to and horrible place to work in.
