Abusive institution. Will not write a script for my medication, leaving me unmedicated for an entire week. This is extremely medically irresponsible and immoral and puts me in danger. Without my medication I am not able to care for myself, work, etc. Untreated mental health conditions can be extremely severe, as can medication withdrawal. Even knowing this, they will not spend 30 seconds on the phone with me to get my prescriptions to the pharmacy. My phone calls for "appointments" are always one minute or less. Dr gets to the meat of things quickly. Also, when their system had issues she called me for my phone appointment from her personal line, taking a risk. She goes out of her way when she can and I appreciate it
I think it's about time for me to tell my own story on this place. When I was about 10 - 11 years old I saw Dr. Raoli and another therapist there (who I don't exactly remember the name of). Me and my father both saw her and she was the most downright rude and vile older woman I have ever met. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and all my papers read right to confirm it. I was recommended to this facility by a friend. Terrible experience, the office manager was very unprofessional, and the male receptionist always sounded like he was out of it. Beware!
