This program is absolutely despicable! These people are housing my mom who unfortunately cannot stay with me to lack of space. They attempted to move her into it a bedbug infested apartment and when they discovered the bugs, their solution was to place her in an apartment with a woman that has 4 grown men staying with (who are not supposed to be there).
