I personally had a very poor experience with Julie Moore physical therapist. I found her to be extremely cold, robotic, and uncaring.
Had an issue with my insurence paying for a 20 min assessment. I’ve been trying to work with this location to get it resolved. Have called monthly to try and get updates and there has been no progress or assistance from the billing department. Instead of assisting me, they’ve now sent me to collections. Terrible customer service. I would discourage anyone from using this location.
#PhysicalTherapy sucks. You don’t go to it because you’re feeling great. However, if doing PT can help you go to the Institute for Athletic Medicine. I’ve gone for two completely different injuries (shoulder and ankle) and have had astounding results. The pain is gone and things are much better in my life. Go, put in work, and get better.
