Horrible. Everything from the inability to make appointments, stupid doctors and completely inefficient staff. Want to stay sick or die? Def go to this clinic.
After reading these reviews, I have to chime in. While not perfect (the elevator is super slow & at times so are hold times on the phone), I've had nothing but positive experiences here. They've been friendly, consistent, my doctor, Dr. Urbina is open, communicative -- and the front desk staff has been helpful in addressing concerns as it relates to my insurance. The pharmacy is located in the same building making it very convenient to fill prescriptions. I'm certainly not making light of the issues others have had but I fel... read more
