Horrible. Everything from the inability to make appointments, stupid doctors and completely inefficient staff. Want to stay sick or die? Def go to this clinic.
After reading these reviews, I have to chime in. While not perfect (the elevator is super slow & at times so are hold times on the phone), I've had nothing but positive experiences here. They've been friendly, consistent, my doctor, Dr. Urbina is open, communicative -- and the front desk staff has been helpful in addressing concerns as it relates to my insurance. Wow..I can't believe most of these reviews. I have been going to this clinic for 4 years now and the only complaint that I've ever had was about the elevator. Other than that, everything has been great. I hardly ever wait. Doctors and staff were always very nice.
